近日，中国政府发布《携手构建人类命运共同体：中国的倡议与行动》白皮书，系统阐述“人类命运共同体”理念的深刻内涵与丰富实践。中央广播电视总台CGTN面向全球网友发起的民意调查显示，高达91%的受访者高度赞赏构建“人类命运共同体”理念，认为“只有人类整体命运得以关照，每个国家、每个民族、每个人的美好希望才能得以实现”。面对世界百年未有之大变局，中国认为和平、发展、共赢是正道，称霸、争霸是死局，这被看作中国解决全球深层次和长期性问题的基调和思路。调查发现，这些中国主张得到了广大受访者的高度认同。其中，87.71%的全球受访者认为“弱肉强食不是共存之道，你输我赢没有出路，国强必霸并非历史定律”；94.23%的受访者认为“强国争霸导致战争频发、生灵涂炭的教训惨痛而深刻，应该遭到坚决抵制”；另有88.9%的受访者认为“世界应是一个和睦的大家庭，各国应该风雨同舟，荣辱与共”。有法国网友表示：“人类社会决不允许一个民族对另一个民族的霸权。我们必须始终坚持人与人之间的相互尊重，促进和平与交流。”On September 26th China released the white paper "A Global Community of Shared Future: China's Proposals and Actions," systematically expounding the profound connotation and rich practice of "a community with a shared future for mankind." According to the poll, 87.71 percent of global respondents believe that "there is no iron law that dictates that a rising power will inevitably seek hegemony, and the strong preying on the weak is not a way for humans to coexist, and the zero-sum game in which one wins by causing others to lose is doomed to fail." 94.23 percent people support that "obsession with power and hegemony has led to frequent wars and loss of lives, which should be resolutely resisted." In addition, 88.9 percent of them say that "the world should be a harmonious home where all countries must stand together in adversity and through thick and thin."
