山水新城：

永康文化中心选址于山水新城，是未来一段时间城市建设的重点区域，是城市发展中轴线上的重要节点，串联新老城区，联系永康江南北两岸，承接永康南站高铁新城发展的重要节点.

Yongkang Cultural Center is located in Shanshui New City, which will be a key area of urban construction in the future and an important node on the central axis of urban development..

立面纹理似山水画中描摹山石峰峦的皴法，极具冲击力。观察角度的不同，也将呈现不同的轨迹。

The texture of the facade is like the texture of mountains and rocks in landscape paintings, which is very impactful. Different viewing angleswill also present different trajectories.

调研 · 场地分析

基地位于溪心路以南、丽州南路以东、南四环以北、规划道路以西合围区，总用地面积约21.6 公顷（约324 亩）。

基地整体呈现东高西低、南高北低的特点，场地西南侧为具有较高高差的丘陵盆地。

The overall characteristics of the base are high in the east and low in the west, high in the south and low in the north, and the southwest side of the site is a hilly basin with a high height difference.

设分为六个主要分区节点，分别为一曲江潮（仪式剧场空间），水耀跃动（万人庆典广场），鱼跃万象（生活休闲广场），百川朝海（行政办公空间），千帆竞渡（潮玩运动空间），微澜林韵（文艺林荫空间。

It is divided into six main partition nodes, namely Yiqu Jiangchao (ceremonial theater space), Shuiyao Yuedong (ten thousand people celebration square), Yuyue Vientiane (life and leisure square), Baichuan Chaohai (administrative office space), Qianfan Races (a space for trendy sports), Weilan Linyun (a space for literature and art).

Water Sparkle

Thousands of People Celebration Square

互动旱喷/庆典广场/视觉灯光

旨在创造一个水耀跃动的万人庆典广场。互动旱喷、灯光和庆典活动等元素相互补充，为人们带来美好的体验和回忆。

The aim is to create a celebration plaza for tens of thousands of people, in which elements such as interactive dry fountains, lights and celebration activities complement each other.

Fish Leap Vientiane

童玩趣味空间/商业外摆空间/夜景互动灯光

大面积的绿化空间、童玩趣味空间、商业外摆空间和夜景互动灯光相互补充，为人们带来丰富的体验和回忆。

The large area of green space, children's play space, commercial outdoor space and night scene interactive lighting complement each other, bringing people rich experience and memories.

Sea Leaping

仪式感种植广场/商务办公空间/线性灯光

集城市仪式行政办公和人流引入休闲空间于一体的界面。线性的灯光氛围和线性的种植灌木使得整个场地形成了干净，简洁，统一的城市展示面。

Combined with linear lighting atmosphere and linear planting shrubs make the whole site form a clean, concise and unified urban display surface.

多功能运动场/潮流创意聚集地/社交互动

我们期望这个广场能够成为社区运动活动的中心，同时也是一个充满生机、创意和活力的场所。
