宜居·传奇·百变群像
近年来，中国建筑师持续在更新中追求宜居的人居环境：人与人的共生，创造了动态的栖居、市井空间的回归、文化内核的介入；人与城市的共生，创造了穿楼而过的地铁、城市活力的织补与迭代；人与自然的共生，创造了乡村家园的再现以及地方感的重塑。本版块试图借助中国当代城市与乡村更新进程中的实践探索，多元化地呈现城乡发展的新路径。城市住宅和公共建筑设计是在形式与内容层面探讨城市与自然共生可能性的重要方向。乡村领域的更新倾向于强调乡村振兴进程中的文脉和肌理延续的思考。
板块一 既有环境中的宜居家园更新
项目名称：唐山“第三空间”
参展人：李兴钢
作品介绍：与唐山大量的住宅板楼构建出的“平行城市”面貌不同，“第三空间”呈现为一个向高空延伸的立体城市聚落。置身于具有平均主义色彩的震后住宅中间，“第三空间”试图在当代的保障性住宅和郊区别墅之外寻找另外的可能性，楼板以错层方式层叠交错，形成连续抬升的地面标高，在城市中心区实现“理想居住”。
Project Name: “The Third Space” in Tangshan

Description: Although Tangshan’s buildings were well-built, the speed of design and construction failed to provide the new cityscape with much character. The "Third Space" is a three-dimensional city settlement extending to the sky. In the middle of the uniform, post-earthquake housing, the "Third Space" is characterized by staggered floors forming a continuous ascension in the level of height in each unit. It thus searches for an alternative beyond existing affordable housing and suburban single-family homes. It experientially combines all aspects of idealized living in a dense city center.

Description: The design of “Building V” in the Longnan Garden was originally conceived through the research results of atelier GOM’s study on "House Chatting." It was intended to constitute an SI house under the specific context of social housing, with two small, staggered leap-floor residences within a large concrete frame, offering unlimited possibilities for versatility of use in the post-public housing era.

作品介绍：“R-CELLS:一生的健康生态住居”是一座零碳太阳能住宅建筑，由天津大学建筑学院牵头的多学科校企联合团队“天津大学联队”设计建造。该建筑于2021年9月在中国北方建造完成。该项目2022年在第三届中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛中获得总冠军。R-CELLS象征着生物细胞的自适应、自循环、自组织的特性，创造能够智慧响应环境变化的系统。它采用了预制+定制的三维木结构模块体系、创新的光伏一体化技术、无障碍设计、生态景观和智能控制系统。
Project Name: R-CELLS：Sustainable Solar House Prototype for Rural Revitalization

Description: ‘R-CELLS: A Lifetime well-living home’ is a zero carbon solar house prototype created by TEAM Tianjin University +, a multi-disciplinary university-enterprise partnership team led by the School of Architecture. The building was completed in North China in September, 2021. The project won the overall championship in the 3rd Solar Decathlon China Competition in 2022. R-CELLS symbolizes the self-adapting, self-circulating, and self-organizing characteristics of biological cells, and forms a living system that fits well into the natural and social environment. It adapts prefabricated and customizable wood-structured modules, innovative solar building integration technology, universal design, close-to-nature landscape and a smart control system.

Description: The traditional Bayu mountain garden has been an important part of mountainous urban landscape since ancient times. it connects nature, city and humanity into an organic whole and symbiotic structure through ingenious site selection, gardening techniques adapted to local conditions, diversified spatial forms and multi-dimensional spatial layouts. It realizes the coordination of ecological, cultural, recreational and other functions of mountainous urban landscape in the process of urban development.

项目名称：景德镇御窑博物馆

作品介绍：御窑博物馆位于景德镇历史街区的中心，毗邻明清御窑遗址。建筑以传统柴窑为原型，由十余个体量各异的线状砖拱券结构及五个大小不一的下沉垂直庭院组成，回收的老窑砖与新砖混合砌筑以映射当地传统建造方式和创新的技术细节。柴窑独特的东方拱券原型，窑砖的时间与温度记忆，塑造出窑、瓷、人的血缘同构关系。
Project Name: Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum

Description: The Imperial Kiln Museum is located adjacent to the Imperial Kiln ruins of the Ming and Qing dynasties, at the heart of the historic district of Jingdezhen. It is composed of more than a dozen brick vaults of various volumes based on the form of traditional brick kilns, connected on the lower floor through five sunken courtyards. Recycled old kiln bricks and new bricks are mixed together to reflect the traditional manner of construction along with innovative detailing techniques. The unique prototype of traditional kilns, as well as the everlasting memory of the kiln brick, has shaped the consanguinity of the kilns, porcelain, and the people.

Project Name: Xichun Garden: a Time Machine

Description: Xichun Garden, built in 1707, was once the imperial garden of the Qing Dynasty and the founding site of Tsinghua University. The exhibitors and the THU Urban Ergonomics Lab team guided 8 students from the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University to recreate Xichun Garden in an immersive environment and make new creations, in which everyone will experience the temporal and spatial changes of Xichun Garden from the past to the future.

Description: Located in the Beijing Shougang Park, CHANG’AN MILLS is famous both at home and abroad for its frequent appearance in the footage of the 2022 Winter Olympics. As a comprehensive heritage reuse project for business, office and leisure, CHANG’AN MILLS has become a vibrant urban business and leisure destination in West Beijing during the post-Olympic era. This marks that Shougang is ushering in a brand-new stage of development, from that of “Sports+” into “City+”.

作品介绍：苏州观前街地区曾是颇具规模传统人文社区。但从上个世纪50年代后，受城市开放影响，空间的绝对规模不断增加，但人文内容却逐渐被稀释，变得更平民化；区域内的空间场景和内容历经数十年的解构，形成如今各种信息元素杂陈的状态。项目试图通过一系列的空间串联手段，联结不同的功能版块及内容体验序列，通过对不同空间肌理和信息业态进行梳理以及平面和剖面的重组，使内容更加契合也更具体验张力，相互渗透、相互咬合。
Project Name: Urban Generator of Suzhou Old Town-Guanqian St. Boutique Hotel

Description: Suzhou Guanqian Street area was once a relatively large and traditional community. However, since the 1950s, with the influence of urban development, the population of the area has continued to increase, while its humanistic value has gradually been diluted. The spatial scenes and contents within the region have undergone decades of deconstruction, resulting in the current state of various informational elements seemingly jumbled together. The project attempts to link different functional sections and sequences with different experiences through various methods. By identifying different spatial information and recombining them in plan and section, content becomes better aligned and offers more dynamic experiences, allowing for mutually permeating and interlacing sections.

项目名称：南京东路179号街坊成片保护改建工程

作品介绍：该街坊内历史建筑建造于1920年代,其包括商业、办公和公寓及自然形成的十字道路。本设计针对历史建筑进行保护并对局部进行了改扩建，在新的十字型内街上加建了现代感自由飘逸的顶盖。整个街区的更新充分实现了共生、开放，及历史文脉的回归。总建筑面积63194 m2；高度44.915m；地上5~10层、地下5层。
Project Name: Conservation and Reconstruction of the Neighborhood in No. 179 Nanjing East Road

Description: The historical buildings in the block which include commercial, office and apartments, were constructed in the 1920’s. They naturally created a cross-shaped intersection by the road they shaped. The design aims to protect the historical buildings together with partial reconstruction and expansion. An elegant roof with free modern form is added above the cross-shaped inner street and plaza. The renovation of the whole block has fully realized a symbiosis, openness and the return of historical context. Total building area: 63,194 m2; Height: 44.915m; Floors: 5~10 floors above the ground and 5 floors underground.

Description: The model is a demonstration of the company's projects in the core area of the Two Rivers and Four Banks of Chongqing. The mother city of Chongqing originated at the confluence of two rivers and has formed a new planning pattern of Two Rivers and Four Banks. The company made significant contributions to the city’s early post-war construction，and has continued to participate in the survey and design of a large number of landmark buildings.

Project Name: Student Center for Sports & Arts, of Hongling High School

Description: The architect sees the project as an important opportunity for environmental regeneration of the existing rapidly built campus. The design redefines the site with three linear hill-shaped buildings which serve as the infrastructure for the new complex. Eight aerial art instructional courtyards intertwined between the original teaching and the living quarters are hung above on two large north-south-opened topographic sports spaces.

Description: Xinfan Market is an architectural reconstruction project located in Huzhen Town, Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, China. After more than 20 years of intensive use, the old farmers’ market was demolished due to structural safety hazards and poor sanitary conditions. Through this new open, hygienic and welcoming market, the project not only attempts to improve the architectural quality and enhance the spatial experience but also to revitalize the local traditional lifestyle and community engagement in the Chinese countryside.

Project Name: Revitalization of an abandoned school in QinYong "Dazhai" , Ningbo

Description: The village of Qinyong was a “Dazhai” production commune, built in the 1970s under a unified plan. The primary school building seated on a platform north of the village was constructed with the same native granite as the village’s row houses, generating a unique spatial fabric and imprint of the era. Through the combination of light-weight construction and local traditional carpentry, the abandoned school was revitalized and incorporated as part of the village’s new appearance.

The project construction site is located in Wuyuan Bay. Project Name: Dingshu Vocational School of Pottery

Description: In the context of industrialization, "handmade pottery" still has an irreplaceable appeal. "Craftsmanship" is at the heart of this school's teaching, and a "craftsmen's workshop" is at the center of the campus. We have found a form for each function and let them in their place. The different forms of buildings create a rich outdoor space that distinguishes the campus from the school typology that is dominated by massive buildings. People can easily meander between the buildings and feel the change in phenology.

项目名称：两河口 —— 一个土家村寨的自适应与拓扑再生

作品介绍：两河口，一个建于19世纪的土家村寨，因其干欄木构高度发达的装配式建造体系，具有应对环境与功能变化的自适应与拓朴再生机制。作品通过村口民宅改造为西兰卡普织锦工坊，探究这一机制在当今城乡激变中的有效路径。
Project Name: Lianghekou, a Tujia Village of Self-adaptability and Topological Regeneration

Description: Lianghekou, a Tujia village of Gan-Lan (pile-based) wooden structures built in the 19th century. Due to a its highly developed prefabricated construction system, it embodies mechanisms of Self-adaptability and Topological Regeneration dealing with various conditions of function and terrain. By renovating an abandoned dwelling house in the village into a public Silankarp Brocade Workshop, the project explores the efficiency of this mechanism’s course in the midst of today’s urban and rural upheavals.

项目介绍：安徽尚村有着一千多年历史，周围群山环绕。项目场地曾是高氏家族的院落。老房子的主体结构已经倒塌，剩下一些残垣、台基和天井。设计的原则是最小化干预。团队从建筑工地回收了废旧的砖石和木材，用它们建造景观构筑物。项目主体是六个连在一起的竹伞单元，它们为村子提供了一个公共空间，村民和游客都可以在这里惬意地坐下，谈天说地，或者在这里观看各种演出和展览。尚村竹篷乡堂建成以来，承载了村子里大大小小的活动，深受村民喜爱。它以朴素的方式和谐地融入了周围的环境，激发了村子的活力。
Project Name: Village Lounge in Shangcun
Exhibitors: SONG Yehao
Description: The village, with a history of more than one thousand years, is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The site used to be the courtyard of the Gao's. The main structure of the old house has collapsed, remaining part of the old walls, the foundation and the patio. The principle of design is to cause minimal intervention. Old black bricks, tiles, stone and wood collected from the construction site are used as landscape elements. Six large sheltered units are built with bamboo, a local material. This project provides a space for community activities, where villagers and tourists can find a chance to sit together, chat about different lifestyles, and enjoy entertainment, as well as a place for village group activities and a history and culture exhibition hall. The village lounge manages to blend into the environment and activate the old village. It came into use right after completion and earned the approval of all the villagers.

作品介绍：先锋沙溪白族书局位于中国西南地区的一个传统村落中，将一个破败的粮食加工作坊转化为一个现代的书店。设计一方面充分尊重和延续了传统的建造逻辑，另一方面运用了现代的手法来统筹具体的功能，呈现出简洁而有温度的空间品质，无论本地人还是外地人都倍感亲切。
Project Name: Shaxi Bai Ethnicity Bookstore of Librairie Avant-Garde

Description: Located in a traditional village in Southwest China, Shaxi Bai Ethnicity Bookstore of Librairie Avant-Garde is an example of transforming a broken-down grain processing workshop into a modern bookstore. The design fully respects and continues traditional construction logic. At the same time, it uses modern strategy to coordinate specific functional needs, creates an uncomplicated and comfortable space, and welcomes locals and visitors alike.

作品介绍：展览馆采用化整为零策略，使大体量新建筑与低矮老建筑相协调。建筑由当地民居“四汀宅沟”原型而来，四片单坡双曲屋面向心汇聚围合窄院，天光云影使展览空间气韵生动。设计化解了新老建筑矛盾，形成标志性文化形象。
Project Name: Exhibition Pavillion in Jianli Town
Exhibitors: WANG Yan
Description: The exhibition hall adopts the strategy of “Breaking up the whole into pieces”, so that the large volume appropriately harmonizes with the low-rise old buildings along Changle Ancient Street. The architectural design is based on the prototype of the local residence "Si Ting Zhai Gou". The four single-slope curved roofs stand towards the center and surround the narrow courtyard, absorbing the sun’s light and clouds’ shadows, making the exhibition space quite vivid. The overall design solves the contradiction between the old and new buildings and forms an iconic cultural image.

Project name: Four Hundred Projects in Liuba, Shaanxi
Exhibitor: WANG Qiu'an
Description: The four "100" projects in Liuba are the rural construction efforts led by Wang Qiu'an, chief architect of ANT Architecture, and mainly carried out by villagers. Through accompanying operation training and management, the villagers were mobilized to build their homes together, which greatly improved the rural social outlook and promoted local economic development. Rural revitalization promoted through design, and farmers helped onto the road of common prosperity.

As one of the mostinfectious and enduring memorial carriers of human culture, cities andarchitecture have embodied the evolution of human design. With the theme of"Ruler°Design", the exhibition room demonstrates the efficiency brought bydata, metrics, and quantification to design, creating a blueprint for a liveableand harmonious home while exploring the gradual pace of natural resurgenceand symbiotic balance. The room also reveals a few glimpse of Chinese design.which is “grounded in the earth, yet open to the heavens”
