GLO Advised CR Land on USD1.05b Perpetual Capital Securities

Global Law Office, acting as the PRC counsel to the joint lead managers, advised on the issuance of a USD 1.05 billion Subordinated Perpetual Capital Securities by China Resources Land Limited (“CR Land”) and listing of the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This is the largest issuance size of perpetual capital securities by China-based issuers since 2017.

CR Land, a Hong Kong listed company, is one of the most influential integrated real estate developers in China.

HSBC, CCBI, DBS, BOCI, ABCI, CMBI, BofAS and Merrill Lynch acted as the joint lead managers. GLO team was led by our partners Jinrong Liu and Qiuning Kang. Bing Li, Chao Meng, Tingting Xu and Ting Liang also worked intensively on this matter.
