2017年2月16日，北京国枫（香港）律师事务所通过了香港律师会的审批，正式成立。

随着国枫近年业务适度多元化改革的深入以及国枫众多客户海外并购业务的迅速发展，国枫对海外法律服务市场的关注及拓展亦更加深入：加强了与国外律所的交流合作、加入了全球律师事务所联盟Legalink……而境外第一家分所香港分所的设立，更标志着国枫的海外法律服务开启新篇章，将提升国枫在跨境法律服务领域的专业能力，为客户提供更加优质、全面的境外法律服务。

On February 16, 2017，the establishment of the Hong Kong Office of Grandway Law Offices was officially approved by the Law Society of HongKong.

With the proper diversification of Grandway’sbusiness and the emerging cross border mergers and acquisitions of our clients,Grandway has been expanding to the overseas legal markets. Grandway has also strengthenedour cooperation with international law firms and joined the Legalink, a globalnetwork of international law firms.

Hong Kong Office is our first branch inother jurisdictions, which has opened a new chapter of Grandway’s overseaslegal service. It would improve our professional capability to provide crossborder legal service with higher quality and wider range.
