参加对象：完整参加过至少一期十日内观课程的旧生，由葛印卡老师及其助理老师教授。

一日课程是为内观旧生特别开设的课程，旨在为各位旧生温习技法，解决日常禅修中遇到的问题，增强持续修习的心力，课间可请益。

本次课程为双性课程（男众、女众兼收），欢迎您报名参加课程。

同时，课程需要多位法工担当签到与引导、课前准备、课后清理等工作，欢迎您报名法工工作。

席位有限，请尽早报名。

如果是正式名额，会当即显示为“正式名额”，

报到时间：2017年5月20日周六早上 8:30-8:50 ，迟到者将不能入内参加。

请提前阅读并遵守《学员行为规范》，课程全程须保持禁语。
不接受迟到或中途退出。
手机须全程关机，请提前安排好工作/生活事宜。
请自带：水杯、盖毯、披肩等等。
筹备组已准备素食午餐，无需携带个人食物。
请携带个人身份证件。

课程圆满

Dear Vipassana Meditators:

We would like to inform you that an old students One-Day-Course is going to be held in Shanghai dated May 20th 2017. Meanwhile the group sitting on that day(2017.05.20 Sat.) at Dongxin Rd. will be cancel due to this One-Day-Course.

Attendees：Old students only .

Old students means those who has completed at lease one Ten-Day-Course taught by the assistant teacher with the tradition of S.N Goenka.

For a fruitful sitting, please be aware of the followings：

Register on line: you may click the "Read me" at the bottom of this article, then get to registration web site:

Registration on line will be closed at：18:00 PM of May 20th 2017
Registration: 8:30 AM - 8:50 AM of May 20th 2017 （Please avoid being late, or you may not be able to enter the course.）

Cancel: Please inform us at least one day before the course if you need to cancel the registration.

Vegetarian lunch will be provided, so do not bring your own food.
Please bring your ID or passport.
