海问助力世芯电子发行GDR并在卢森堡证券交易所上市
世芯电子股份有限公司（Alchip Technologies, Limited，以下简称“世芯电子”，台湾证券交易所交易代码：3661）于2021年1月14日成功完成全球存托凭证（以下简称“GDR”）的发行定价，并于2021年1月20日正式在卢森堡证券交易所上市。本次发行的最终价格为每份全球存托股份（以下简称“GDS”）25.73美元，世芯电子本次发行的GDS数量为7,600,000份，所代表的普通股股票为7,600,000股，募集资金约1.93亿美元。
世芯电子为芯片设计、制造服务的领导从业者，其总部位于台湾，在全球范围内开展业务。世芯电子专精于最先进的ASIC方案设计及开发，在16纳米、12纳米、7纳米等节点制程技术上皆为最快成功实现的从业者，拥有可靠的实证纪录。

Alchip Technologies, Limited (“Alchip Technologies”, with the trading code “3661” on the Taiwan Stock Exchange) has successfully issued Global Depositary Receipts (“GDR”) on January 14, 2021, and been officially listed in Luxembourg Stock Exchange on January 20, 2021. Alchip Technologies offered 7,600,000 Global Depositary Shares (“GDS”), with an offering price of US$25.73 per GDS, raising a total fund of around US$193 million.
