随着微生物组研究的深入,干预调控微生物组的方法也变得多元化。从传统的粪菌移植(FMT)到活菌制剂,再到靶向微生物组的基因编辑疗法,当前微生物组领域正在蓬勃发展。

与人类共生的细菌在健康和疾病中发挥着重要作用,这一发现使微生物组成为当前生物医学最活跃的前沿领域之一。然而,在将“体内的细菌”转化为药物这一方面,我们长期以来一直局限于粪菌移植(FMT)。FMT 旨在通过将健康捐赠者的粪菌转移到患者体内,来解决菌群失调的问题。
