1. You are awarded as Honorary Citizen or the Magnolia Award

2. You are the Legal Representative / GM / Vice GM / CFO of High-tech company / Encouraged or Export&Import Foreign Invest Company

3. You are the Legal Representative / GM / Vice GM / CFO of regional  headquarter of International company / R&D Center / Investment company

4. High level talent people for a term of 5 years

5. You are the Legal Representative / GM / Vice GM / CFO of the company whose capital more than USD 3 millions

6. You have 2 times of 2-years work visa

7. Oversea Chinese

8. You have a 5 years valid Class A work permit card

9. You have the continuous work visa for the past 2 years and have good tax record
