REVIEW: Which online grocery store should I choose?
Recently, we are encouraged to shop online to reduce the contact between sellers, customers and drivers. The demand of online shopping is increasing since the start of the epidemic outbreak. Online stores offering contactless delivery rather than handed the goods to you directly. Contactless delivery refers to dropping off food parcel or other packages at a designated pick-up spot in residential communities or on office premises.
Most of us are already familiar with Epermarket, but here are some other online grocery stores that AnyHelper team would like to recommend. We had chosen a few online grocery stores and rate them based on personal hands-on experience. Let's see which one suits you best and comment below!

TimesGrocery
Expat-friendly ★★★★
Convenience ★★★
Variety ★★★★★
Delivery ★★★✰
Promotion value ★★★
Times Grocery provides imported products as well as local products. One hour delivered within 3km of the physical store but not to worry, if you order before 3 pm it delivers on the same day too! The mini program is simple, clean, and clear. RMB49 for the delivery fee or order over RMB199 goods to waive it! Basically, we love Times Grocery but sometimes have to share the order with friends to waive the delivery fee, because as you know, people love everything when it comes to FREE DELIVERY!

ALDI
Expat-friendly ★★★✰
Convenience ★★★
Variety ★★★
Delivery ★★★
Promotion value ★★★
A German discount supermarket chain that entered the Chinese market in early 2017 through its flagship store on Tmall Global and right now there are 7 physical stores in Shanghai. A fully English mini program with real-time customer service, just like the AnyHelper real-time Q&A helpline! Tips! If the mini program store can't deliver on the same day, try (饿了么) ELEME! What's more? Join membership to get a big discount on goods!

Kate&Kimi
Expat-friendly ★★★★★
Convenience ★★✰
Variety ★★★★
Delivery ★★✰
Promotion value ★★
How would I rate the first 5 stars is because Kate & Kimi's mini program offers 5 languages - Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and French. Even you're lost you are able to contact their customer service in your preferred language. The minimum order is 200RMB and the online store opens 24/7 so you can simply add goods to your cart even when you're on the bed late night. Two rules, order before 10 am...get it the same day, order before 4 pm ...get it next day (more or less). Be patient! Sometimes the mini program can be s...l...o...w...

Green & Safe
Expat-friendly ★★✰
Convenience ★★★★
Variety ★★★✰
Delivery ★★✰
Promotion value ★★★
Organic, safe, innocuity is their names. Not just an organic supermarket, Green & Safe is also a cafe and restaurant. The retail side of the operation sells produce and meats grown and raised at the company's organic farm in nearby Kunshan as well as specialty items like imported tinned sardines, gourmet preserves, baked items, and wines. You can choose either to deliver your goods to your doorstep or pickup at the nearest store! However, the mini program is not fully in English language. Yeah, one more option to learn Chinese. Online ordering time is from 10 am-7.30 pm, bear in mind!
Happy shopping! Happy eating!
