世辉律师事务所（“世辉”）很高兴地宣布，臧翌晗律师已于近期以合伙人身份加入其上海办公室。臧律师的加盟是世辉进一步加强其合规业务、扩展其合规业务类型和品类的重要举措。目前，其律师关系迁移及其他相关手续正在办理中。

Shihui Partners ("Shihui") is pleased to announce the recent addition of Yihan Zang as a partner in its Shanghai office.  Mr. Zang’s arrival is an important step for Shihui in enhancing the sophistication and diversification of its compliance offerings.  The regulatory procedures related to his move are currently underway.

Mr. Zang has extensive experience in various areas of corporate compliance, and provides diversified services to clients in different industries.  His areas of interest cover white-collar crimes, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (including matters under the US, UK, and Chinese laws), sanctions/anti-sanctions, export controls, and data compliance.  He is skilled in assisting clients of different scales in establishing and improving their compliance programs, conducting complex or sensitive internal investigations, carrying out customized compliance due diligence in M&A/PEVC contexts, negotiating and perfecting compliance-related transaction documents, and providing compliance trainings.  He also advises clients on issues involving US sanctions and export controls, and China’s anti-sanctions countermeasures.  Mr. Zang’s clients span across such industries as life science, finance, real estate, TMT, and consumer products, and include many Fortune 500 companies and top international investment funds. 

臧律师拥有复旦大学法学学士和美国康奈尔大学法律博士（JD）学位，以及中国和美国纽约州律师执业证书。加入世辉前，他曾先后供职于美国众达律师事务所、霍金路伟国际律师事务所和英国安理国际律师事务所。他曾于2021年获得The Legal 500“监管/合规”板块“Rising Star”评价。

Mr. Zang holds degrees from Cornell Law School (JD) and Fudan University (LLB), and practice licenses in China and New York, US.  Before joining Shihui, he worked at Jones Day, Hogan Lovells, and Allen & Overy.  He was recognized as a “Rising Star” by The Legal 500 in 2021.
