【工作描述】

1、Formulate and implement team annual business plan and team management plan on a basis of branch strategy and objectives and lead its implementation to accomplish the target.

2、Maintain existing customer relationship, identify more opportunities from existing customers and introduce new customers.

3、Frequently conduct sales activities including customer visit, product promotion, expanding customers' network, seeking new opportunities and expand the pipeline of new sales leads.

4、Monitor sales team members performance in line with target / KPI, provide sufficient coach for team members to improve, and conduct on-job training and coaching for team to enhance capability.

5、Be positively involved in coordination among different parties to exchange information, assist data analytics tasks, solve problems and other assignments from leaders.

【工作要求】

1、Bachelor or above, with major of Logistics Management/International trade & economy/Business Administration is preferred.

2、Above 5 years’consolidation business experience 

3、English: fluent spoken and written English skills (CET-4 preferred)。

4、Well coordination skills , leadership skills and communication skill with internal customers and external customers.

5、Good sense of problems solving and improvement.

Job Responsibilities

·Responsible for reviewing bills of lading, customs declaration materials and customs clearance materials, and the cooperation work with overseas agents.

·Internal communication and collaboration (sales, customer service, driver, warehouse, financial settlement, etc)

·Responsible for following up the shipment plan and complaint handling of major customers

·Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

【工作要求】

Job requirements

·2-5 years working experience in related fields

·Familiar with local export regulatory requirements, general Customs clearance and documentation procedures.

·Manage and supervise all kinds of service providers (fleet, warehouse, customs broker, etc.), and complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders in a timely and effective manner

·Familiar with ocean, cross border trucking freight operations.

·Data analysis skills.

·Good skills in handling MS-Office applications such as Excel, word and etc.

·Conversational and written English proficiency required.
