父母对孩子会使用各种方式的语言交流——如开放式和封闭式语言激发、信息重组、模仿、指示、外显性词汇教学、手势动觉刺激和引导等,前期研究表明,这些语言交流方式都对儿童的接收性词汇和语言基本概念性技能产生一定作用。本讲座主要从具身认知和儿童语言发展的理论出发,首先解决儿童的语言词汇和基本概念是如何进行标准化测量的(因变量),其次针对父母和学龄前儿童的语言交流所使用的技巧进行如何的科学编码(自变量),最后用自变量预测因变量,得出一些列有趣的父母语言技巧如何激发儿童语言生成的规律,主要针对接收性词汇,进行主题分类性相关因果链条分析,揭示了一些儿童语言学习的内因和外显性规律,和父母解助或巧妙运用当前信息媒介如何更好的提升与孩子的交流技巧,尤其对于语言障碍的特殊群体一些具身感知的交流技巧更值得推广更收到家长们的关注。


主讲人介绍


Elaine Smolen, PhD, CED, LSLS Cert. AVEd, is a postdoctoral visiting scholar at The Ohio State University. She also holds adjunct faculty appointments at Teachers College, Columbia University, and The College of New Jersey.  An experienced teacher of the deaf and certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, she provides consulting and professional mentoring services in the New York area.  Prior to earning her doctorate, Smolen served young children with language learning difficulties as a head classroom teacher and in an itinerant role.  Her research interests include embodied learning in family practices, and language and literacy development.  Smolen received her PhD in Teachers College, Columbia University, where she was a National Leadership Consortium in Sensory Disabilities scholar.  She holds teaching certification in the areas of elementary education and English as a second language.
