主论坛

成都中医药大学“第五届国际生物医药与中医药青年云论坛”围绕国际前沿生物医药与中医药问题展开学术交流与探讨，促进学科交叉与学术创新，增进相互合作与互信，加深对成都中医药大学的全面了解，促成高层次人才来校建功立业。

The 5th International Youth Online Forum on Biomedicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine will be hosted by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CDUTCM) which aims to promote interdisciplinary construction and academic innovation, enhance mutual cooperation and trust, deepen a comprehensive understanding of CDUTCM as well as promote high-level talents to build a successful career in CDUTCM.

1.  年龄不超过38周岁，具有业内公认的（上海交通大学ARWU世界大学排行榜）全球排名前100的高校博士学位的优秀青年人才。（下同）

1. Age under 38, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees recognized in the industry (ARWU world university ranking list of Shanghai Jiaotong University) among the top 100 universities in the world. 

2. 年龄不超过40周岁，在国内取得博士学位且具有海外知名大学/研究机构博士后或3年以上科研工作经历的优秀青年人才。

2.  Age under 40, excellent young talents with doctoral degrees from top universities in China engaged in post-doctoral career from top universities or research institutes abroad; or has over 3 years' experience of scientific research.

Introduction of Chengdu University of TCM
成都中医药大学坐落于物华天宝、人杰地灵的西蜀天府、锦绣成都，已成为一所以中医药学科为主体、医药健康相关学科专业相互支撑、协调发展的特色鲜明的高水平中医药大学，首批国家“双一流”学科建设高校，四川省人民政府、教育部和国家中医药管理局共建高校。Located in Chengdu City of Sichuan, a place with abundant resources and profound culture, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has become a high-level distinctive TCM university with traditional Chinese medicine as the main subject, medical and health-related disciplines developing coordinately. CDUTCM is one of the double first discipline construction universities, and is co-constructed by the Sichuan government, the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SATCM).

学校是我国中医药人才成长的重要摇篮。在全国首批开办中医学专业，率先开办中药学专业，首批开办针灸学专业，是全国首批中医药学博士、硕士学位授权点。现有国家“双一流”建设学科1个，国家级重点学科4个，ESI全球前1%学科2个，四川省“双一流”建设学科2个，省部级重点学科44个，博士后流动站3个。

The university is an important cradle for the growth of Chinese medicine talents.The university established the first batch of Chinese medicine majors in the country, the first batch of Chinese pharmacy majors, and the first batch of acupuncture and tuina majors. The university currently has 1 national "Double First Class" discipline, 4 national key disciplines, 2 ESI global top 1% disciplines, 2 Sichuan Province "Double First Class" disciplines, and 44 provincial and ministerial key disciplines, 3 post-doctoral mobile stations.

学校是中医药人才辈出之地。大力实施人才强校战略，实施“杏林学者”人才工程，构建学术荣誉体系，出台学科人才科研提升计划，形成了以院士工作站为高层次人才平台、以国医大师和学术大师为引领，以国家级人才等为学术带头人，青年英才为骨干的人才队伍。有国家级高层次人才36人，享受国务院特殊津贴专家98人，部省级海内外高层次人才37人，四川省学术与技术带头52人，在站博士后130人，在国家人社部全国博士后工作综合评估中获评优良率100%。There are talents of Chinese medicine generation by generation. The university has vigorously implemented the strategy of Developing University with Talents and the construction project of Xinglin Scholars. An academic honor system has been set up and a scientific research plan has been introduced. It has been formed a talent team with academician workstations as high-level talent platforms, Chinese medicine masters and academic masters as the guidance, national-level talents as academic leaders, and young talents as the backbone. There are 36 national high-level talents at home and abroad, 98 experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council, 37 high-level talents at home and abroad at the ministerial and provincial level, 52 academic and technical leaders in Sichuan Province, and 130 postdoctoral fellows in the station. The excellent and good rate in the comprehensive evaluation of post-doctoral work nationwide is 100%.

学校是我国中医药科技学术发展的重要高地。有国家重点实验室、国家级实验教学示范中心、国家中医药虚拟仿真实验教学示范中心、中药饮片炮制国家地方联合工程研究中心、国家中药材种质资源库（四川）、西南道地药材省部共建协同创新中心、教育部重点实验室、教育部工程技术研究中心、国家中医药管理局重点研究室、国家中医药管理局中医药科研实验室、省级院士专家工作站等。

There are 74 labs and research centers, such as the Key Laboratory of Characteristic Chinese Medicine Resources in Southwest China, the State-Level Experimental Teaching Model Center, the State TCM Virtual Simulation Teaching Demonstration Center, the State-Local Joint TCM Herbal Pieces Processing Research Center, the State TCM Germplasms Resource Library (Sichuan), Southwestern Innovation Center of Genuine Regional Materia Medica Co-sponsored by MOE and Sichuan Provincial Government, the Education Ministry Key Laboratory, the Education Ministry Engineering Research Center, the Key Laboratory of SATCM, and the TCM Research Laboratory of SATCM，and the provincial academician and expert workstation.
