简介：为推进以“尊重知识、崇尚创新、诚信守法”为核心的知识产权文化建设，普及商标法律知识，促进知识产权人才培养，中华商标协会联合北京君策知识产权发展中心、万慧达北翔知识产权集团和北京工商大学法学院共同策划组织了“万慧达北翔杯”首届中华商标协会全国高校商标热点问题辩论赛。本届辩论赛于3月30日正式启动，经过初赛、复赛、半决赛三轮激烈角逐，中国人民大学和西南政法大学两支代表队将在2019中国国际商标品牌节期间进行冠军争夺，围绕“纯出口定牌加工所贴附‘商标’是否构成商标使用”展开辩论。

Introduction: In order to promote the construction of intellectual property culture with the core of "respecting knowledge, advocating innovation, being integrity and law-abiding",  CTA and Beijing Justra Intellectual Property Center, Wanhuida Peksung IP Group as well as School of Law of Beijing Technology and Business University jointly organized the "Wanhuida  Peksung Cup" 1st  CTA National University Trademark Hot Issues Debate Competition. The competition was officially launched on March 30. After three rounds of preliminary matches, rematches, and semi-finals, Renmin University of China and Southwest University of Political Science & Law will compete for the championship during the CTF2019.

Con: The “trademark” attached to the（Purely for export）OEM does not constitute trademark use.
