个人简介

Cheng Huiming, carbon material scientist. Research fellow, Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Born in Bazhong City, Sichuan Province in October 1963. He graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Hunan University in 1984 and received his master's and doctorate degrees from the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1987 and 1992. Mainly engaged in the research of advanced carbon materials. The methods of floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition and non-metallic catalyst chemical vapor deposition for the preparation of carbon nanotubes were proposed, which promoted the research and application of carbon nanotubes. Template oriented chemical vapor deposition (CVD) was proposed to prepare graphene three-dimensional network structure materialand millimeter grade single crystal graphene. The macro preparation technology of graphene material was developed. The ideas of hierarchical porous material design and electrochemical potential control which can store energy efficiently are put forward, anda series of new energy conversion and storage materials are prepared. Bulk isotropicpyrolytic graphite materials have been developed and applied to many key projects inbatches. He has won the second National Natural Science Award, the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, the he Liang he Li Science and Technology Progress Award, the Charles E. Pettinos Award of the American carbon Society, and so on.

会议简介




The 5th International Conference on 2D Materials and Technology was held in Suzhou, China, October 21-24, 2019. Prestigious scientists presented and stimulated discussions over some inherent topics of the ICON-2DMAT, including the Synthesis and Characterizations, Physics and Chemistry, Device applications, Theory and Modeling of 2D materials and heterostructures, etc. And, a special session related to the Vacuum Interconnected Nanotech Workstation (Nano-X) in Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics was be set up, which was dedicated to introduce a large scientific facility to 2D materials and technology. Specific forums and some other Symposia co-organized with preeminent academic publishers was be also established to foster academic and business networking.
