1、北京口岸入境  Enter at Beijing

10天集中隔离+7天居家隔离（不具备居家条件的继续实施4天集中隔离）。入境地点、最终目的地都在北京的，只需7天酒店集中隔离+7天居家隔离。

10-day centralized quarantine + 7-day home quarantine (those who cannot ensure home quarantine shall undergo another 4-day centralized quarantine). If your final destination is Beijing, only 7 days of centralized quarantine + 7 days of home quarantine are required.

2. 国内其他口岸入境后进京 Enter Beijing after entering other domestic ports

若在当地集中隔离满14天，即可参照国内人员政策进京。不满14天，原则上不得进京。若有特殊情况须进京的，居家隔离补足14天，不具备居家条件的需进行集中隔离。

You can enter Beijing complying with the policy for domestic personnel entering Beijing after 14-day centralized quarantine locally. In principle, those who haven’t been quarantined for full 14 days will not be allowed to enter Beijing. Once entering, the home quarantine will be supplemented for 14 days, and those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation will be quarantined in a centralized manner.

14天集中隔离观察后，继续开展7天社区健康监测。在隔离观察和社区健康监测期间实行6次核酸检测，对经研判为重点关注对象的，适当增加核酸检测频次。

14 days of centralized quarantine+7 days of community health monitoring. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out 6 times during the period of centralized quarantine and community health monitoring, and the frequency of nucleic acid testing will be appropriately increased for those who are judged to be the focus of attention.

1、天津口岸入境 Enter at Tianjin

2、国内其他口岸入境来津 Enter Tianjin from other domestic ports

在其他口岸隔离满14天的来津人员，实施7天居家隔离；入境超过21日但未满28日的来津人员，须提供抵达天津前3日内的核酸检测阴性证明；通过“快捷通道”入境的人员，实施2日集中隔离。

Those who have been quarantined at other ports for 14 days will be quarantined at home for 7 days; those who have entered Tianjin for more than 21 days but less than 28 days must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 3 days before arriving in Tianjin; Those entering the country through “green channel” will be quarantined for 2 days in a centralized manner. 

1、四川入境 Enter at Sichuan

14天集中隔离+7天居家隔离，且需要在集中隔离第1、4、7、10、14天和居家隔离第2、7天完成核酸检测。

14-day centralized quarantine + 7-day home quarantine, and nucleic acid testing needs to be completed on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 14th days of centralized quarantine and the 2nd and 7th days of home quarantine.

2、国内其他口岸入境后来川 Enter Sichuan from other domestic ports

到达四川入境时间未满21天的，应闭环接送至居家隔离场所，实施居家隔离直至满21天；没有居家隔离场所的，到当地指定隔离酒店进行集中隔离，隔离期间进行2次鼻咽拭子核酸检测。

Those who have been in the country for less than 21 days when they arrive in Sichuan should be transported to the home isolation place in a closed-loop, and the home isolation will be implemented until the full 21 days; if there is no appropriate place for home isolation, they should go to the local designated hotel for centralized isolation, and conduct 2 nucleic test during the isolation. 

1、重庆入境 Enter at Chongqing

14天集中隔离+ 7天居家隔离+ 7天自我健康监测

2、从其他省市入境并已解除隔离后进入重庆 Enter Chongqing after having been released from quarantine in other cities

提供解除隔离和核酸检测证明，且需要7天居家隔离+7天自我健康管理。

Certificates of release from isolation and nucleic acid test are required, and 7 days of home isolation and 7 days of self-health monitoring is needed.

1、入境人员目的地为南京的 Those who are headed to Nanjing

14天集中隔离+14天居家隔离医学观察

2、上海受控转运回宁的人员 Those who are from control area in Shanghai

在一律实施“3+11”集中隔离的基础上，继续实施14天居家隔离。

3、自外省市入境14天隔离期满 Those who have been quarantined for 14 days in other domestic cities

需继续实施居家隔离至入境28天期满

1、湖北口岸入境 Enter at Hubei ports

14天集中隔离医学观察，期间进行2次核酸检测和1次抗体检测；集中隔离医学观察期满后再实施14天居家医学观察，期间进行两次核酸检测。

14 days of centralized quarantine with 2 nucleic acid tests and 1 antibody test; and then 14 days of home isolation with two nucleic acid tests.

2、非湖北口岸入境 Entry from non-Hubei ports

在外省份已经集中隔离医学观察满14日，来 (返)鄂后继续实施14天(从集中隔离医学观察期满起)居家医学观察，期间进行2次核酸检测；国际航班高风险岗位实施“14+14+14”的隔离政策。

If you have been in centralized isolation for 14 days in other provinces, you will be required for 14 days (from the date of finishing the centralized isolation) home quarantine with 2 nucleic acid tests when coming (returning) to Hubei. A "14+14+14" quarantine policy will be implemented for inbound personnel engaged in high-risk positions on international flights.

1、境外高风险国家返回人员 Returnees from overseas high-risk countries

在入境口岸集中隔离14天后，到吉林后继续集中隔离14天。

14 days of centralized quarantine at the port of entry+ 14 days centralized quarantine after arriving in Jilin.

2、其他境外国家(非高风险地区)的返回人员 Returnees from other overseas countries (non-high-risk areas)

在入境口岸集中隔离14 天后到吉林再集中隔离7天后再转入居家单独隔离7天。

1、境外高风险国家入境者 Returnees from overseas high-risk countries

在入境口岸集中隔离14天后，到湖南后继续集中隔离14天。

2、非高风险国家或地区入境者 Returnees from other overseas countries (non-high-risk areas)

在入境口岸集中隔离14 天后到湖南再集中隔离7天后再转入居家单独隔离7天。

1、从黑龙江口岸入境 Entry at Heilongjiang 

14天集中隔离+14天居家隔离，期间完成3次核酸检测+1次血清抗体(IgM和IgG)检测。

2、第一入境点 14天集中隔离期满来返人员 Return personnel who have been quarantined for 14 days at the first point of entry

7天集中隔离+7天居家隔离

21天集中隔离+14天居家隔离，其中21天集中隔离第1、3、5、7、10、14、17、21天各进行一次核酸检测，14天居家隔离第2、7、10、14天各进行一次核酸检测。

1、自辽宁入境 (除沈阳外) Enter at Liaoning (except Shenyang)

14天集中隔离+7天居家隔离+7天社区健康监测。14天集中隔离期间进行2次核酸检测和一次抗体检测。

14 days of centralized quarantine + 7 days of home quarantine + 7 days of community health monitoring. During the 14-day centralized isolation period, two nucleic acid tests and one antibody test are needed.

2、在入境地完成14天集中隔离返辽 Those who have completed a 14-day centralized quarantine at the place of entry

在目的地市实施“14+7+7”防控措施。7天居家隔离要符合单人单居的条件，且居家隔离期间不得外出，也不得与其他人员接触。

Take the "14+7+7" prevention and control measures in destination cities. During the 7-day home quarantine, you must live alone, and not go out or have contact with other people.

28天集中隔离+ 28天居家隔离。核酸检测时间为集中隔离的第1、4、7、14、21、28天，其中第 14天和第28天采取双采双检。

28 days of centralized quarantine + 28 days of home quarantine. Nucleic acid tests are required on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th days of centralized isolation, of which double-collections and double-detections will be taken on the 14th and 28th days.

14天集中隔离，若新疆不是第一入境点，入境满28天无需集中隔离，只需7天居家健康检测。

1、甘肃入境 Entry at Gansu

14天集中隔离+ 14天居家健康监测，集中隔离期间不少于4次核酸检测，居家健康监测期间不少于2次核酸检测。

14 days of centralized isolation with no less than 4 nucleic acid tests + 14 days of home health monitoring with no less than 2 nucleic acid tests.

 2、非甘肃入境 Enter Gansu from other domestic ports

在入境地解除隔离7天内入省的，需居家健康监测，入肃第7天再次进行核酸检测，检测结果为阴性，可自由出行；入境地解除隔离后超过7天入肃的，进行信息登记上报，不再进行核酸检测和管控。

Those who enter Gansu within 7 days of being released from the quarantine at the place of entry are required to undergo home health monitoring, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the 7th day after entering the country. Those who enter the country for more than 7 days after the quarantine is lifted at the place of entry only need to report their information, and nucleic acid testing and quarantine will not be carried out.

在指定地点接受14天医学观察的人员，须再接受最少14天自我健康监测；或在指定地点接受21天医学观察的人员须再接受最少7天自我健康监测。

Persons under 14-day medical observation at designated place shall undergo at least 14 additional days of self-health monitoring. Those under 21-day medical observation at designated places shall undergo at least 7 additional days of self-health monitoring.

所有于到达香港当天前21天曾在中国(包括中国内地/ 澳门/台湾/香港)以外地区逗留的香港居民(不论经机场或陆路口岸抵港)，需要在指定检疫酒店强制检疫21天。

All Hong Kong residents who have stayed outside China (including mainland /Macau/Taiwan/Hong Kong) in the 21 days before their arrival in Hong Kong (regardless of arriving via airport or land crossing) are required to undergo compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels for 21 days.
