亲爱的各位读者：
大家好！
在中国共产党成立100周年的喜庆气氛中，在北京外国语大学建校80周年华诞之际，《中国斯拉夫研究》创刊号与大家正式见面了。在这具有纪念意义的时刻，我谨代表期刊编辑部全体成员向关心和支持本刊创办的北京外国语大学、外语教学与研究出版社、德古意特出版社以及首期稿件的各位作者、评审专家和责任编辑等表示最诚挚的谢意！
近年来，随着我国“一带一路”倡议的实施，国别区域研究越来越受到学界重视。北京外国语大学利用开设斯拉夫国家官方语言的优势，拟在多语种国际期刊方阵中创办《中国斯拉夫研究》杂志，将我国学者的学术成果介绍给世界，将世界各国同行的学术成果介绍给广大的中国读者。
《中国斯拉夫研究》设有理论探讨、专题研究、学术观察与论坛等栏目。内容包括斯拉夫国别区域研究史和学科前沿理论、斯拉夫国家语言、文学、文化、历史与现实问题探讨和比较研究、斯拉夫热点问题评论、斯拉夫学者论坛、斯拉夫国家与周边国家关系研究等。从研究者的角度来看，这里既包括斯拉夫人眼中的斯拉夫国别区域研究，也涵盖非斯拉夫人眼中的域外斯拉夫观察。
本刊编辑部将严格遵守中国出版规定和国际期刊出版惯例，规范编辑流程，实行“三审三校”和双向匿名评审制度，确保期刊论文的内容质量、编校质量和出版质量。
作为全球斯拉夫学术交流的新天地，《中国斯拉夫研究》欢迎广大读者关注并愿意接受批评与指导。衷心希望本刊在全球斯拉夫学仁的呵护下早日走向成熟！

Dear readers,
In the festive atmosphere of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 80th anniversary of Beijing Foreign Studies University, we hereby launch the first issue of Chinese Journal of Slavic Studies. At this memorable moment, on behalf of the staff of the journal, I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Beijing Foreign Studies University, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, De Gruyter, as well as the authors, paper reviewers and copy editors of the first issue, for their great care and attention and their unfailing support.
In recent years, with the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, country and area studies have been receiving more and more attention in the academic fields. Beijing Foreign Studies University has taken advantage of its courses on the official languages of Slavic countries and launched Chinese Journal of Slavic Studies, in the hope of introducing the Slavic research results of Chinese scholars to the world, and vice versa.
Chinese Journal of Slavic Studies has columns of theoretical explorations, special theme discussions, academic observations and various forums, etc. More specifically it covers the history of studies on Slavic countries and the latest advances in the field; Slavic countries’ languages, literature, culture, history and present situations; comparative studies; Slavic hot issues, Slavic scholars’ forums; and relations between Slavic countries and their neighboring countries. The journal publishes Slavic studies by both Slavic and non-Slavic researchers.
The editorial department of the journal will strictly observe the publishing regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the practices of international periodicals to regulate our editing processes. We will adhere to the “three reviews and three proofreadings” requirement and carry out the blind peer reviewing policy so as to guarantee the quality of the journal in terms of content, editing, and printing.
As a new academic platform for international Slavic studies, Chinese Journal of Slavic Studies is open to comments and suggestions from our readers. We sincerely hope that, with the care and support of all academics of Slavic studies around the world, the journal will have a bright future.
We warmly welcome manuscripts from all research fellows of Slavic studies from around the world.

戴桂菊，女，历史学博士，教授，博士生导师。《中国斯拉夫研究》杂志主编，北京外国语大学俄语学院院长，北京外国语大学俄语中心主任，北京外国语大学学术委员会委员，北京外国语大学斯拉夫国别与区域研究中心主任，中国苏联东欧史研究会副会长，中国俄罗斯东欧中亚学会俄语教学研究会副会长，《国际论坛》杂志编委会委员。主持完成普通高等教育“十五”国家级规划教材《俄罗斯国情多媒体》（四册）编写和出版工作。独立发表学术专著《俄国东正教会改革（1861—1917）》《斯拉夫文明东正教风貌》、译著《俄罗斯精神巨匠长老西拉》等数本，以及学术论文数十篇。主持完成国家社会基金项目“当代俄罗斯的政教关系研究”。主要研究方向：俄罗斯社会与文化、独联体和斯拉夫国别与区域研究等。
《中国斯拉夫研究》简介
《中国斯拉夫研究》（英文刊名：Chinese Journal of Slavic Studies；俄文刊名：Китайское славяноведение）由北京外国语大学、外语教学与研究出版社和德古意特出版社联合出版。
作为中国首份聚焦斯拉夫研究的英俄双语国际学术期刊，该刊旨在汇集世界各国斯拉夫研究的最新成果，加强斯拉夫研究者的学术交流，促进文明对话和学术发展。
该刊研究对象包括东斯拉夫（白俄罗斯、俄罗斯和乌克兰）、西斯拉夫（波兰、捷克和斯洛伐克）和南斯拉夫（波黑、保加利亚、北马其顿、黑山、克罗地亚、塞尔维亚和斯洛文尼亚）13个国家，涵盖语言、文化和国别区域研究等领域，突出原创性、学术性和多学科性，优先选择具有独创性的研究成果，努力打造国际斯拉夫研究的一流学术阵地。
该刊自2021年起，每年出版两期。
